These terms govern access to and use of the Commissia service, as well as the conditions for paid subscriptions.

2. Publisher

3. Access to the Service

Access is restricted to users with an account. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials.

4. Service Description

Commissia provides a SaaS commission management and calculation tool: data import, rules configuration, period calculation and exports.

5. Pricing and Billing

Applicable prices are those displayed on the pricing page at the time of order. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan.

During the pre-launch phase, billing may be unavailable until the company is registered.

6. Term and Termination

The subscription has no fixed commitment period unless expressly stated. It can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period.

7. Liability

The publisher uses reasonable means to ensure service availability and reliability, without any obligation of result. The user remains responsible for the final verification of their payroll and commission data.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution before any legal action.
